How it works

Our goal is to make gift giving a rewarding and simple experience.

Step 1 - Pick an ocassion and your budget

Select from variety of ocassions and budgets. If you don't find anything suitable, just pick "other" and provide details in the Comments section of the order form.

Step 2 - Fill out order details

Specify such details as recipient's address, date/time of delivery, your own information. Optionally, you can request a picture of the gift emailed to you prior to delivery.

Step 3 - Preparation

Our office receives an order with your details and custom prepares your gift to fit your requirements. This is where the magic happens, basket concept is mapped out, materials prepared and everything is put together into one impressive package.

Step 4 (optional) - Confirmation

If you opted to receive a picture of the gift prior to delivery, you will receive one now. We want to ensure that you're satisfied with the end result. Here is your chance to suggest any changes or tweaks. Note that if we don't hear from you within 24 hours, your gift will go out as is. But don't worry, most of our customers love the baskets so much, they want the picture simply to share it with their friends, or post on facebook.

Step 5 - Credit card is charged

Your credit card is charged at this point

Step 6 - Delivery

The gift is hand delivered within Greater Toronto Area, or very carefully shipped using one of the shipping providers.

Step 7 - Delivery Confirmation

You are notified that delivery has been completed. This is not an automated email. Here we get a chance to tell you how the gift was received, the first reaction of the recipient, and any other details.
