Substitution Policy
In an effort to ensure that your gift arrives on time, Organic Moments reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value. It is important to us that product fulfillment is completed with the highest quality and care. We do ensure that the overall design, quality and value of the gift is not be compromised.
Order Processing
Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed prior to shipping. For larger (corporate etc.) orders please allow 3-4 business days for preparation prior to shipping. You may pay for your order using Visa, Mastercard or your Paypal account. Please contact us directly if you would like to submit an application for a corporate account.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only before your gift is shipped or up to 6 hours from the time of order (which ever of the two comes first). Canceled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Changes to Policies Statement
We may update this Policies Statement from time to time. You should check this page periodically for changes. By using our site, you consent to the collection and use of your information by us as described in this Privacy Statement. Customers may opt out of receiving newsletters and/or notices of new or upgraded products from Organic Moments by sending a request to privacy@organicmoments.ca. In this request, customers must identify their email address and contact information.
